ARLDF Thailand Community development and Extension
Program for the Kingdom
ARLDF Thailand was registered in Thailand last 2008. Mr. Joshua Ringer,American was the first director to 2010 and followed by Mr.
Jethro Adang, Pilippinos (2010-2013) April 2013 Presently,AjarnBandhit Dawaen is
Thai director.
ARLDF Thailand working
with Thai people and other neighboring communities and countries. To facilitate
the implementation of the plan, the following program is lay ousted to be done for the 2016. 1) Facilitate leadership development of the
churches and communities. 2) Conduct a
Hill tribe network of development. 3)
Conduct a community development process among the Northern Thai networks. 4) Facilitate a management and teamwork
development among Staff and Volunteer workers 5) Facilitate
Build networks for international partnership in reaching ARLDF Thailand
vision, mission and goal.

families) 5 Leaders of Communities Volunteer and strong advice from 6 Thai Board members.

Administration and Management.
On February 19-20 ARLDF
Thailand Board meeting at head office WiangPapao, ChianhRai. Praise the Lord
for 6 board member that who give their life for the ministry. They still strong
in vision to join with ARLDF Thailand since 2008 to present for 8 years. They are given important
suggestion to Director, Staff and Volunteer.
Also we have monthly meeting for
make sure the team work understand in vision and strategy together
2. Hill
Tribe Network Development. Mr.Bhu working with ARLDF Thailand until
April 2016 But We still continue to join
with 5 communities of Lahu people. 3 villages in WiangPaoPao area and follow up
2 villages in DoiLaung. We work direct through the leaders of communities as Mr. Somboon,
Mr. Lisi, Mr.Pongsak and Mr.Gani. They
are interesting to do FAITH Garden training, community and Agriculture Development
and join in Leadership training.
3. Northern Thai People Network Development.
This year, We slowdown for the
ministry in PhaCho villgage with Ms.Rung because She want to run ministry by
herself that is good opportunity to see the local leader to do own ministry in
their village after learn from ARLDF's technology sine 2012 -2015 as Pig raising without the stink, CD. and
Natural agriculture. Thanks God, on May
the pig raising group return ARLDF fund and continue doing in our process by
themselves. Also this year ARLDF Thailand will work with new villages of N.Thai
people direct to the leaders of villages as Mr.Phichet from Nan province and
the leaders of local churches in WiangPapao area and PhaYao province.
4. Leadership training project. on
2016 ARLDF Thailand have training for
leaders of Northern Thai, Hill tribe and neighborhoods countries, Also we have
training for communities leaders and interns from Bangkok and USA. in short
term. Praise the Lord for local church in Northern Thailand request to us for
leadership training at their church every months
Statistic
report:
1. Management : Board meeting on February,Staff
meeting 6 meetings.
2.Hill Tribe : MOU with 4 villages of Lahu people, 3 Meetings
with 4 leaders. Conduct CD Process with 2 villages with 110 families. 4 Toilet
built for 4 Households, Mini kid camp for 46 children in first time in their
village.
3. Northern Thai : Slow down process with the
leader and communities, Support Kid camp for 50 person, Pig raising group
return fund to ARLDF Thailand. MOU with new villages among Northern Thai people
4. Training: Training for 3 neighborhoods, Strategy
Planning Training for 4 Leaders, CD.Training for Lahu leaders and 6 Leadership
Training for 20 Deacons of local Church.
5. Network and
Consultancy: 3 meeting with leaders
of Northern Thailand, Attended TBC
conference among 500 people around Thailand and join in 2 seminar of the
Thailand Social Development Ministry, Partner with OBF for dig well project.

Pray for us,wish to have more wisdom, more
energy for the Lord ministry among different people.
Pray for 5 leaders as volunteer from N.Thai and
Lahu villages that who join with us in CD.process for their villages
Pray for 6 Board, 2 Thai staff, 2 Volunteer.
Pray for strong network with all of partners
Pray for situation of girl school families after
fire killed their children last May 22 and ARLDF Thailand will follow up them
in their villages
